Water and Sewer sub metering
Our building utilizes a third party for submetering water and sewer. Bills are generated and due monthly. When a landlord / tenant relationship exists, homeowners are responsible for their tenant’s water delinquency, no matter the agreement between the tenant/landlord in the lease. Delinquent accounts are subject to late fees, interest and a State of Georgia Property Lien on your title.

Do your part by not putting unacceptable items down the drain.
Drains - Grease, fats, oils, paints, glues, food debris
Toilets - Wet wipes, flushable wipes, disposable diapers, condoms, dental floss, dental pics, cotton balls, cotton swabs, cigarettes, band aids, cat litter, greas, fats, oils, paints, glues
Electrical Service
Electrical service is provided through Georgia Power. They can be reached at 888.660.2278.
Natural Gas
Deer Lofts is not serviced with natural gas.
