Building Access

Access

The building is accessed through a secure system.  Pedestrian entrances require a FOB to gain access.  At the Nelson Street door, guests can be admitted via the directory in the Door King callbox.  

• Add 678.973.2810 to your contacts.  This telephone number is the Call Box.  

• The system will only call US telephone numbers. 

Do not admit guests to the building without verifying their identity.  Press 9 on your keypad to allow entry.

Contact the Property Manager to:

• Purchase FOBS or gate remotes

• Update your directory listing

Lockboxes

From time to time you may need to hang a lockbox on the rail outside of the lobby door on the sidewalk.  No matter the use (contractor, realtor, etc.) lockboxes must be registered.  Unregistered lockboxes may be removed.  Read the terms below and complete the form prior to placing the lockbox on the rail.
