Due to planning and good fiscal responsibility, Deer Lofts HOA has completed over $525,000 in capital projects since 2020. These projects were completed with 100% reserve funding. No special assessments were issued for these projects.
Our philosophy is to maintain a health reserve fund over time so that all owners, including new and long term, pay into reserves for their share of maintenance, repair and enhancements. A healthy reserve fund also makes it easier for new owners to find financing.
