Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association (CHNA)
CHNA is a voluntary membership-based organization. Their function includes reviewing zoning, license applications for adult beverages, planning neighborhood activities, public safety and social events, fund raising for specific neighborhood needs (e.g. loft tours, chili cook offs). Given the proximity to large event centers within one mile, Castleberry Hill will have heavy traffic during events and in-street parking may be limited. Impact will include, but not limited to, street closures, no street parking, and sidewalk closures. Events could include sporting events, conventions, foot races and filming.
NPU M (Neighborhood Planning Unit M)
Castleberry Hill resides within NPU M. NPU M is a non-government body that exists to provide consult to city leaders for license applications, zoning, zoning adjustment and public safety issues. Meetings are held monthly. For more information click here.

Atlanta 311
Atlanta 311 is the City of Atlanta’s portal for service needs. There you can report streetlight or traffic light outages, potholes, building permits, pay a parking ticket etc. The website is the best method of contact. If you need call dial 311 within the CoA or dial 404.546.0311.
Atlanta 311 also accepts service requests via Twitter using the handle @ATL311. Be sure to include address/intersection, description and a photo. They accept potholes, missing street signs, traffic signal issues, streetlight outages, etc.
NotifyATL
NotifyATL is Atlanta’s Emergency Alert System. Notifications can include severe weather, unexpected road closures, missing persons, evacuations, etc. Sign up here. Notifications are sent via text message.

CoA Recreation Centers
The CoA owns and operates multiple recreation centers with various fitness amenities. The closest being King Memorial Aquatic Center and Washington Park Natatorium. Costs are minimal compared to memberships at commercial fitness center.
