With the introduction of a package locker as an am amenity to Deer Lofts' Owners and Residents, those receiving packages must monitor notifications from shippers that a package has been received.
Residents must comply with the following:
Packages must be picked up within 72 hours of receipt. Packages not picked up after the 72 hour will be assessed a fine of $1.00 per day.
Packages not picked up within 10 days will automatically be returned to sender.
Residents can set up a vacation request hold that will postpone daily fines and auto return to sender. Vacation hold is a maximum of seven days.
The board may amend these policies as we all adjust to the locker and availability of space for packages. Expectations are to pick up your packages within 24 hours.
