Storage of Personal Items

Other than bicycle storage, the building has no other storage for personal items.  Personal items are not to be stored in any building area that includes but is not limited to the garage, utility rooms, trash chutes rooms, garage or exterior parking spaces, staircases, etc.  Several storage companies do business in the neighborhood.  

Improperly stored items will be removed as per the Condominium Declaration which can be found on the Property Management Company's website. 

Bicycle storage

Bicycle storage is available in the garage in two HOA provided bicycle racks.  Residents are responsible for securing their bicycle.  The HOA is not responsible for damage caused by others or theft.  Bicycle racks are to be used on a first-come, first-served basis.
