Gym
The Gym is located on the second floor. FOB access is required.
Gym rules include:
Do not drop free weights on the floor.
No loud music
Put equipment away after use.
Food is not permitted.
Water is not provided, bring your own water bottle.
Children under 18 are not permitted to use the room without their parent or legal guardian present.
All residents use the fitness center at their own risk.
Homeowners with delinquent homeowner association dues, water billing or any other fee are not eligible to use the gym. See the account delinquency page.

Sunday – Thursday 7:00 am – 11:00 pm
Friday and Saturday 7:00 am – 12:00 am
General rules:
See the Fine Schedule regarding noise disturbances and complaints. Residents on the 5fh floor units around the deck are highly impacted from noise on the deck.
Homeowners with delinquent homeowner association dues, water billing or any other fee are not eligible to reserve and/or use the roof top deck. See the account delinquency page.
Residents are responsible for the removal of all trash when they leave the deck. It must be properly bagged and disposed.
Tables and chairs to be organized if moved.
If the grill is used, it must be cleaned and turned off when finished. Bring your own utensils.
Personal grills, including gas, charcoal or electric, are not permitted. Grilling is not permitted in other limited common elements (e.g. parking lot).
Children under 18 are not permitted to use the deck without their parent or legal guardian present.
Jumping over the rail to the rooftop membrane is not permitted. See the Fine Schedule for more information.
Shooting fireworks off from the roof deck is not permitted.
WiFi
A rooftop WiFi hotspot is available for use.
The network name is: DL Condo.
The password is: LivingTheDream1914.
The network is not monitored or protected, use at your own risk.
Rooftop Deck Reservations
Homeowners are able to reserve the deck for personal events. Reservation requests are only accepted from homeowners.
Once per calendar year a resident can reserve the deck with no cost. Additional reservation requests are billed to the homeowner account at $100 per use.
Reservation slots are a maximum of 5 hours. This includes setup and tear down.
Residents and guests must comply with all HOA rules including roof membrane and noise violations. Refer to the fine schedule for additional information. Homeowners are responsible for the actions of their guests and/or tenants.
Deck reservations are NOT available on the following public holidays:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day and/or days related to Independence Day with fireworks displays.
Labor Day
New Year’s Eve
Reservation requests can be requested by emailing the property manager a minimum of two weeks prior to your reservation.
