Door codes are not permitted for realtors.
Lock boxes
Your lockbox must contain a FOB and a key for showings.
You must have the realtor register their lockbox. Failure to register your lockbox may result in removal.

Open Houses
Open houses are permitted during regular business hours daily.
Open houses are permitted, however additional staff or temporary signage may be needed to guide prospective buyers to your unit. Signage must not damage surfaces and be removed daily.
Miscellaneous
A directory listing with the realtors cell phone number is permitted. Contact the Property Manager for assistance by submitting a request on the CMA dashboard. This must be initiated by the homeowner.
It is not permitted to prop open any door accessed with a FOB. See the fine schedule regarding propping doors open.
Initiation fee
You must inform the buyer that there is an initiation fee. The fee is equal to 2 times your monthly assessment. For instance, if your monthly assessment is $400.00, the initiation fee is $800.00
Community Management Associates utilizes Community Archives for all requests.
No emailed or faxed requests will be accepted by the CMA offices.
Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and South Carolina requests must be received from a title service or an attorney’s office.
Florida requests may be received from a unit/parcel owner (or a designee thereof) or a unit mortgagee (or a designee thereof).
Once an order is received, all follow-up questions, additional information needed, etc. must be requested through Community Archives via:

Damage caused by any moves, including approved tenants, will be billed to the homeowner's account. Damages caused by moves must be reported to the Management Company.
The elevator is for use by all. It must not be blocked in any way other than for active loading and unloading.
