Parking
Most units have a minimum of one parking space. Parking spaces are assigned and recorded at the Fulton County Courthouse. New homeowners should verify their spaces prior to closing. Real Estate paperwork (e.g. MLS Listings) are not proof of parking space ownership.
Parking assignments can be located at this link
All parking spaces are reserved. Homeowners must only park in their assigned space(s).
The HOA / Board of Directors does not actively monitor parking violations (someone parked in your space).
The homeowner being offended must initiate the tow call with A-Tow by calling (404) 577-8950. You must wait for A-Tow to show up and allow them in the gate.
Homeowners delinquent in HOA dues, water or any other fee are not permitted to park in the parking lot or garage. See Account Delinquencies for more information.
Vehicles must fit within the confines of the assigned space (length and width) and provide spaces on either side to enter their vehicles.
Homeowners are free to buy, sell or lease parking spots from one another. When buying/selling, it must be handled by the Property Management Company, Deer Lofts legal representation and recorded with Fulton County. All associated legal costs are the responsibility of the homeowners brokering spaces.
Parking Access
Parking is accessed from Mangum Street SW. Due to an Easement granted from a previous board, we share a gate with Fulton Supply Lofts.
Gate Remotes can be purchased from the Property Management Company. Open a new request on the Property Management company's website.
Garage Remotes must be purchased by the homeowner. A board member can program them for you. Do not attempt this on your own. Liftmaster 971LM 390Mhz Garage Door Remote is compatible with the garage door receiver. Contact the Property Manager to schedule with a board member.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Homeowners are able to install Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in front of their parking spaces. All work must be completed by qualified contractor and approved in advance by the Property Manager.
The electricity feed must be from your unit's electric meter. The HOA is not responsible for others in the building using your car charging device. Devices with security features are recommended.
Residents are not permitted to use the HOA's power supply to charge their vehicles.
Contact the Property Manager for more information.
