Contacting the Board or the Propety Manager

The property manager is your first point of contact.  The board serves as volunteers.  Should your inquiry to the property manager not be answered within 2 business days, reply to the property manager and add the board members below on copy.

If this is an emergency, reach out to a board member via email or knocking on a door.  Call the Property Management Company.  They have a manager on duty 24/7.  CMA will reach out to a board member.  Examples of an emergency include:  

1. Security issue with doors at entries

2. Water leaks

3. Floods

4. Fires (911 first)

5. Structural issues.  

Examples of non emergencies that need to be directed to the property manager:

1. FOB requests

2. Remote requests

3. Account balance inquiries

4. Amenity questions (deck, internet, gym)

5. Noise complaints.
