Personal Projects

Personal projects are not to be completed in any common area in the building.  Doing so can cause a nuisance and/or damage the area or others personal property.  This includes but is not limited to:  sawing, painting, welding, cutting, crafts etc.  

Common elements include but are not limted to the following:

1. 1. Residential hallways

   2. Garage

   3. Parking lot

   4. Roof / roof deck

   5. Staircases and landings

   6. Lobby

   7. Storage rooms

   8. Trash rooms

   9. Dumpster room

   10. Laundry room

   11. Gym

If you have a personal project described or similar to above, complete it in your apartment or offsite.

Mass Collective, 364 Nelson ST SW (intersection of Nelson ST and Mangum Street) has a pay / subscription model to use their facility.
