The property manager is your first point of contact. The board serves as volunteers. Should your inquiry to the property manager not be answered within 2 business days, reply to the property manager and add the board members below on copy.
If this is an emergency, reach out to a board member via email or knocking on a door. Call the Property Management Company. They have a manager on duty 24/7. CMA will reach out to a board member. Examples of an emergency include:
Security issue with doors at entries
Water leaks
Floods
Fires (911 first)
Structural issues.
Examples of non emergencies that need to be directed to the property manager:
FOB requests
Remote requests
Account balance inquiries
Amenity questions (deck, internet, gym)
Noise complaints.
