Pets
Generally recognized pets are permitted in the building. Pets are defined as dogs and cats.
The Condominium Documents go further to indicate that no more than two dogs and/or cats per unit and in some instances breed of dog may be prohibited at the Board of Directors sole discretion.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and be under the physical control of a responsible at all times. Responsible persons must clean up any mess created by pets.
Failure to keep pets under control, limit noise produced by pets or not cleaning up after pets is violation. Refer to the Fine Schedule for additional information.
Pets are not permitted on the roof top deck or laundry room.
Waste bags are usually available outside the front lobby door on the sidewalk. If the dispenser is empty, contact the property manager. Waste can be deposited in trash bins provided throughout the neighborhood. Failure to clean up outside the building is against city code.
Review the fine schedule for pet violations.
Due to an easement agreement, you may see pets in the parking lot behind the building. The property manager of Fulton Supply Lofts has been told that the easement allows their occupants to drive onto the driveway and into their parking area not walk their pets. Their pets must also be on leashes. Violations should be reported to the Fulton Supply Lofts property manager.
Fulton Supply Loft residents are not permitted to use it as a dog walk area. Contact the Fulton Supply Lofts Property Manager (404.775.9299) for complaints or issues and email our Property Manager for tracking purposes.
