Dear New Homeowners and Residents

​On behalf of the Deer Lofts Home Owners Association Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Deer Lofts, we welcome you to our community. Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking down the streets, on the rooftop deck or in the neighborhood.

The operation of your homeowners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The five Board members are elected on a staggered basis by the community.  Elections are held at the annual homeowners meeting in late Q4 or as scheduled by the Board of Directors.

The Board is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and guidelines. ​Please take the time to read through the Declarations and Bylaws you received during the home purchase process. Copies are available on the Management Company’s website. 

If you are a tenant of an owner with an approved lease permit, you must comply with all rules of the Homeowners Association.  You are encourgaged to review the Fine Schedule for major rule infractions.  

The board typically has a meeting open to homeowners once per quarter.  All meetings are virtual.  Notice of meetings is sent by the property manager.  These meetings are official board working meetings.  Questions from homeowners are taken at the conclusion of the business meeting.  These meetings are only open to Homeowners on record with the Property Management Company.

Our property manager can be found on the Property Management Company page.  The property manager is always your first point of contact unless there is an emergency.   Our property management duties are found on their page.  We have a property management company that is shared with other communities.  It is not a dedicated proeprty manager.  Your board of directors are busy professionals just like you, please reach out to the property management company first.
