These communications are sent to homeowners. In the event you have an authorized leasing permit, it is the Homeowner's responsibility to forward the communication to the tenant (e.g. disruption of service, unit inspections, fire alarm testing).

Outside of emergencies, the Property Manager is your first stop for any communication. Board members cannot answer all questions.
NextDoor.Com
There is an unofficial NextDoor.com site for the building.
HOA attorneys have cautioned boards on using Social Media as a communication method.
If you post something to this site, it may or may not be read by the board.
The Property Manager does not monitor this site.
Not all residents are aware of this site.
Report any building related issue (maintenance, etc.) through the Property Management Company's website. If you need to borrow a cup of sugar, a roll of toilet paper or have a neighborhood questions, NextDoor is an appropriate channel.
