Select units have laundry connections installed. Please note that a venting system was not installed for the dryer. You may wish to purchase an indoor dryer vent kit with flexible duct. All moisture and heat will be vented into your unit. Follow instructions for installation and use. Due to the historical nature of our building, venting through the brick wall or windows is not permitted.

If a homeowner wishes to install a washer / dryer, all costs for connection to water and sewer are the responsibility of the homeowner. Installation must be HOA approved and completed by a licensed plumber and electrician. To start this process, open a new request on the Property Management Company's website.
