Internet & Television
Internet
All units have HOA provided internet via an ethernet cable in your unit. You are responsible to bring your own router and managing your network. Our network is professionally managed through a third party.
You are responsible for your personal firewalls, network security, malware/virus software, etc. The HOA is not responsible for viruses, malicious code, malware or harm to any personal device.
Where a cable is not present or damaged, a new cable can be run to your unit from the switch. Check with Property Manager for costs and an appointment. The HOA does not warrant that the service is up at all times.
The building is also service through Comcast / Xfinity
Television
Cable television is not provided through your monthly HOA dues. Should you wish to subscribe to cable television services the building is serviced by Comcast / Xfinity. The HOA does not warrant the service or cabling to your unit. Homeowners are responsible for maintenance of the cable to their unit.
