Mail, Packages and Food Deliveries

Mail & Package Delivery

The mail center is in the lobby.  Each unit has an assigned mailbox box.  Homeowners are responsible for lock maintenance and securing their mailbox. The US Postal Service (USPS) may not deliver mail to a box that will not lock.  If your mailbox lock is broken, the association will have the lock repaired and charges to your HOA account.   An outgoing mail slot is on the bottom right.

Package delivery is handled through the call box for all delivery services.  For security reasons, door codes are not issued to delivery services.  Delivery services will call residents using the call box to gain access to the building.  Most will leave packages on the floor or the shelf by the mail center.  Some may deliver items to your door.

The HOA accepts no responsibility for packages that are missing.  You may wish to use off site delivery for items (e.g. UPS Store, Amazon Prime Lockers, etc.) for items.

The building's camera system will not be used to tracak missing packages.  In some instances, delivery services mis-deliver to neighboring buildings.  If you have a missing package check with Fulton Supply Lofts and Castleberry Point prior to lodging a dispute with the carrier.
