Easements

Easements Atlanta

In the early 1990’s, the original developer entered into agreement with Easements Atlanta for façade protection of our building.  In return, the developer received a tax incentive.  All exterior brick walls and windows are under the control of Easements Atlanta. 

This easement requires regular maintenance of the façade that is paid by the HOA.   

Homeowners are responsible for window frame and window maintenance per the Condominium Documents.  

Façade and windows cannot be modified without the approval Easements Atlanta.


Fulton Supply Lofts

A previous board entered into an easement agreement with Fulton Supply Lofts (342 Nelson ST SW) to access their garage.  This agreement is legally binding.  We share the same gate and driveway.  We also share in the expenses to maintain both.
