Maintenance Issues
Use this form to report maintenance issues to the Board and Property Manager. The following are suggestions for prioritizing maintenance requests: 1. HIGH PRIORITY: Issues which should be resolved as soon as possible. Examples include electrical outages, security issues (doors not closing or securing properly), and water leaks. In addition to submission here as a HIGH PRIORITY item, please also report the issue to CMA by telephone to 404.352.5470, and ask for the Deer Lofts Property Manager. Depending on the nature of the issue, you may also consider phoning Jed Morton, Deer Lofts Condo Association President, at 404-484-6347, or any other Board member. 2. MEDIUM PRIORITY: Issues which need not be resolved immediately. These may include elevator issues, lighting issues, etc. 3. LOW PRIORITY: Issues which are of concern, but may be addressed at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. Examples include neon deer problems, housekeeping issues, etc.
